7 Thanksgiving outfits "para la sala"

¡Hola Uplifters!

¡Espero su domingo haya sido uno de bendición!

¡Yo estoy bien contenta porque esta publicación resulta ser mi primera publicación de moda de lo que espero sean muchas más!

Mi intención con el Blog es poder escribir de todo lo que me apasiona y si no lo saben ya, me encanta la moda y en especial la creación de outfits. Es algo que disfruto y que quiero compartir con ustedes.

Ya se aproximan las celebraciones de esta temporada, por ahí viene el día de Acción de Gracias y en Puerto Rico existe este único chiste de que nosotras nos vestimos para “sentarnos en la sala.” Resulta que muchas de nuestras fiestas se dan en los hogares de nuestros familiares y como puras Latinas que somos muchas planificamos y nos compramos el “outfit” para Acción de Gracias, para Navidad, para Despedida y para Reyes. ¡Aunque sea para sentarnos en la sala!

Recientemente hablaba con una amiga sobre esto y rápido mis motores creativos se activaron. Empecé a crear “outfits” y quiero compartirlos con ustedes. Por aquí les dejo algunas opciones para distintos gustos. ¡Toma de ejemplo el que más te gusta para sentirte bien glam! Adivinen, ¿cuál me pondría yo?

Hello there Uplifters!

I hope your Sunday has been one with many, many blessings!

I am ecstatic because this publication turns out to be my first one directed towards fashion. It’s the first of what I hope are many more to come!

My goal with this Blog is to be able to write about everything that I love. If you don’t already know, I love fashion and I especially love outfit creation. Putting different outfits together and seeing what could work for me and what doesn’t is something I enjoy and I really want to share this with all of you.

It’s the Holiday season!  The celebrations, parties, and all other family and social events are approaching. This week is Thanksgiving and in Puerto Rico there is this running joke that we dress to “sit in the living room”. It turns out that many of our gatherings take place in the homes of our relatives and, as true Latinas, many of us are already planning what to wear for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and, Three Kings Day. Even if it's just to sit in the living room with our families!

I was talking to a friend about this and, because of that conversation, my creative gears started turning right away. I started creating outfits and I want to share them with you. Here are some combinations and options for different styles. Wear what works for you and makes you feel glam!  Would you like to guess which of these I would wear?
